finally finished my aw assignment 2 (before dinner, whoo!) so here i am blogging after lepak-ing for a really long time doing these things to reward myself:
mooncakes from shangri-la! haha i swear the only thing expensive about the set of mooncakes is prolly the cover- made of silk with exquisite floral embroidery O:
but i guess the inside tasted just like normal traditional mooncakes, just that the skin is super thin and there's a maximum amount of lotus paste that can fit in one mooncake. pretty amazing how the mooncake doesn't fall apart when it's cut into quarters 'cause the skin is soooo thin O:

mid-autumn festival this year's pretty boring- just sitting down together having mooncake and pomelo with the family after dinner (and no, we stayed home so we couldn't gaze at the moon). was so full i could only eat a quarter of the mooncake! i bet yiqun can wolf down an entire mooncake judging by the current size of his tummy :p totally want to have snowskin mooncakes but parents didn't buy/aunts didn't make any this year ):
oovoo-ed a707 today!! finally saw wz after she arrived at uk and saw how her room looks like! it's really dark as she said O: 7 hours time difference, so it's night here for us and afternoon (with lots of sunlight over there) for her. we made her crave for mooncakes though, haha!
finally uploaded the video that we made at wz's hse during the sleepover. supposed to be wz's "surprise" and we wanted to see her expression, so t'was a good time for us to show it to her whilst we were oovoo-ing ;p glad she laughed when she saw it, haha! hope you have a great time at school tmrw!
