VIRGIN USS WITH MY FAVOURITE SMU PEEPS ^^

The weather was really bad in the morning with the showers and all, but the rain subsided at around 9am and we headed out of our houses and had some nomz at vivo's toastbox before we walked in to sentosa! First time ever walking to in to sentosa (tbh, I didn't even know we could walk in until px told me, hahaha). It wasn't too much for us to walk, prolly because we were excited when we were walking there, and there was a beautiful sunset for us to feast our eyes on when we were walking back (': Wish I could always keep such fun memories in my head ^^ Thankful that the weather was in our favour too! It didn't rain the entire time we were in USS :D

Well uh, here are a few mandatory globe shots before we enter USS!

Pardon me, but I kinda forgot what we did before lunch time.. Bloop. My goldfish memory's acting up again. Ok I only remember that the first ride we went for was the damn chill madagascar ride HAHAHA.

We lunched at some foodcourt and I swear the food's a rip off omgz. Everything was at a standard price of $11, and according to nat, the food was $10.50 and there was a drink with every set ): Zy said it was $10 last time omgggg. Feel so cheated ): Should really have taken a photo of the $11 chicken rice that all of us had (except for feei 'cause she already had her turkey leg hahaha). Here's us after lunch:

And yeah, we waited 30mins for this kiddy ride! So not worth our queueing time because the ride was really short too, but whatevs. It was chill enough for us to digest our meal ;)

Damn funny 'cause our group was odd numbered (Chloe went with her boyf on the same day as us, coincidentally, and zc couldn't make it 'cause his wallet got pickpockted in aussieland, along with his ticket D: Meh. Px said maybe his wallet got taken away by a kangaroo hahah lmaooooo), so we had to split up at times where there were rides that could accomodate only 4 ppl in each row. Quite interesting bcos px and nat didn't complain about them being the pair and the rest of us being the group of 3. TEEHEE.

Ohmygod I swear I didn't know what I was in for when I went in for the mummy ride! The queue time was really short so we decided to go for it! Apparently it was known as the best ride when the two roller coasters were not constructed yet, haha. Everyone I knew recommended me to go for the mummy ride but didn't describe to me what the ride was like ): "Go take and you will know", lol. The only info I had from px was that it'll just brake all of a sudden and go back and forth really quickly. Okay can.

So I took the ride AND OMFG I SWEAR IT WAS DAMN EXHILARATING. I didn't know what to expect 'cause the ride was damn chill at the beginning!! We were just riding leisurely when all of a sudden we came to a stop, and that was when feei said "is it going backwards now?" AND IT REALLY DID. Hahaha, I would definitely not have expected it to go backwards had feei not asked that HAHAHA.

Ok but it was damn fun. A must take. I think we would have gone back for round 2, but we didn't because nat nice and waited for us outside to help take care of our bags. Aww thanks nat ^^

The transformers ride was equally cool as well!

Another ride that I didn't expect! The 3D effects were really quite amazing! Found myself with my mouth hanging and eyes wide open every moment in the ride ^^

Until an indian (uhm, like really from india) tourist decided to take a photo WITH us. Hahaha.

And yup he crashed our photo with Puss In Boots too. LOL.

We were quite lucky 'cause the lady in front of us was supposed to be the last one to have the chance to take the photo, but she let us go for it instead 'cause her toddler wasn't very keen on it anw. Aww so nice of her!

Went for the Canopy Flyer ride because it looked like the view was going to be awesome from up there! I screamed at the beginning 'cause I didn't expect it to be so fast!! It did seem like a leisurely ride from the ground..

Also headed for the Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure ride, which was the only water ride that we took. Or was it also the only water ride in the entire theme park..? I don't know haha. Nat's been to USS before so he told us to bring our ponchos, else we'd have to buy one in USS at $3 each lol. Really a scam. Plus we didn't know that there were free lockers available for rental (for 45 mins) so we spent on renting our first locker. Good that we had nat around 'cause he was the one who helped us stuff all our bags into one locker. Amazingggg. And yeah it turned out that we weren't soaked 'cause we had our ponchos handy. Yay!

Battlestar Galactica was the highlight of all the rides in USS though!! Was DAMN SCARED 'cause t'was my first time ever that I was going for a real roller coaster! I think the last time I took a roller coaster before I visited USS was in.. Escape Theme Park HAHAHA what a joke. Plus I took the mini roller coaster there and it was already pretty scary for the then-young jiali. HAHA. Had nice friends who decided to take Enchanted Airways (the junior roller coaster) with me first to warm me up for the real deal haha. Rlly damn scared when I was waiting for Human, but it turned out fine! Damn fun hahah. Went for Cylon without feeling as scared, and it turned out to be exhilarating as well (:

Took our bags from the locker after cylon and went arnd walking and taking more photos haha.

Ok they rlly don't know how to take photos, can even see our bags at the bottom left hand corner hahaha. We're sooooo tiny.

Parted ways with the rest (they went for dinz together) and headed home for dinner on my own.

Yingying was working in USS and she thought she saw me but she didn't dare to call out for my name hahaha. Must've been because I was walking around without my specs so I couldn't really see faces clearly.. And apparently mel's friend met me at buona vista (when I was transferring to the green line from the circle line) and uh to quote his text.. "GREEN GIRL AT BUONA". I thought he was there at buona and I kept looking around but there wasn't any tall guy in sight haha. My green top spells the reason why I was the green girl. LOL.
