Ok this was the day before the training and I was just chilling at home watching running man and being too lazy to go out to exercise (as usual) because the weather's either too hot/rainy. Unfavourable weather may sound like an excuse but it very well is the reason why I decide to just stay home and stare in front of the comp. Wahaha.
Went to meet mel to get back the 100bux I very kindly lent him so he could get his guitar before it ran out of stock again. Dafuq, why his guitar so expensive $455 no joke sia. Not bad, can trust him to return what he's borrowed because he seemed more anxious to return the money when I wasn't even chasing him for it (minus away the parts where I was kidding about chasing him to return ok).
Sat down for a while to have ice cream outside macs because we were both feeling warm after so much walking to deposit the money. Tried their mudpie mcflurry- it tasted better than normal oreo mcflurry, but t'was really not worth paying extra $0.50 just to get hot fudge in my mcflurry. Hahaha. Poor mel ordered the mango ice cream, and boyyyy I was so glad I paid more to get my mcflurry. The mango colouring wasn't at all appealing omg.. D: He never bores with his army tales though. Too funny hahaha.
I think I look too young for my own good. Zhuomin thought I was his younger sister. Oh gosh. She doesn't even recognize her council senior!! Okay maybe it's 'cause I don't look like how I used to in nj haha.
Removed my coats of china glaze on my finger nails and bade a sad farewell to nail polish ): Here's a sayonara to nail polish until I end my stint in yoguru!

Went for yoguru training at kallang leisure park and got there pretty much on time! T'was about five mins before the training time and a familiar face appeared in front of me- shannon! Knew that she was also going for this job through chantel, but neither of us knew that we chose to go for training on thursday! (We could choose to go for either wed's/thurs' training). Was still kinda feeling butterflies in my tummy while I was on the train to stadium, because I didn't know what to expect of the girls I was gnna meet at training later on..
Another familiar face approached when we were about ten mins into training- jiayi walked towards the counter as though she was going to order some froyo from us HAHA. Turns out she was the third girl who was gnna be training with us! Cool shitsxz, all three of us were from rv, and though we didn't know each other personally before, we now do ^^ Even emeline was quite surprised that we all applied for the job separately, hahaha.
The first half of the training ended pretty quickly, with us basically going through what goes into opening a shop. Had to do stock taking of all the items in the inventory, and were also taught and made to peel and cut fruits like mangoes and canned peaches (which were damn smelly at first, omg). Also learnt how to operate the froyo machines & swirl the yogurt. Swirling was damn fun omg! All three of us needed some time to get the hang of it though!

I'm not wrong, there was a star beside the dish on the menu, so I decided to order it hahaha. I must say that the seafood that they served were.. Surprisingly quite a lot! (As you can see from the pic). The prawns were fresh enough to taste succulent ^^

Jiayi told us about her previous job in lot one's ci gusta, so she had some experience in f&b and swirling, handling the POS and stuff like that. Really ought to try the gelato at ci gusta some day! Never really went in to that shop since it opened bcos it really does, like what mel told me the previous night, look like a clinic HAHA. Went back to continue with training after lunch, and we sure did feel sleepier.. The attack of the food coma ): Kinda ended earlier than expected ('cause we learnt fast and well ^^) so emeline made us continue practicing before she let us off at 430.
There was this bunch of three cute young angmoh boys who came and ordered 4 cups of small strawberry yogurt from us. They were so so so super cute omg! They only had $14 to pay, but one of the boys added kitkat as his topping and he had to pay that extra $0.90 but he didn't have any ): So they had to run down all the way to find their mum so they could pay us the extra HAHA, gosh. The youngest boy was totally calling out for honey stars, 'cause t'was his favourite cereal. I wonder if I'll get to meet such cute kids over at jem too ^^
Oh boy one of the more embarrassing moments occurred when I was mopping the floor ('cause the outside was getting a little sticky and dirty) and aaron called out my name O.O Got a shock when I turned around and saw aaron with shanice and one other friend whom I didn't recognize. Quite paiseh leh, why didn't they appear when I was cashiering or swirling omg haha.
Ah but loved how emeline called us the "jem girls". Sounds quite atas & exclusive uh ;)

Headed over to clementi to meet emma and zy for dinz! Met up with mal before that though. Whom I couldn't reject since he wanted to go all the way to stadium to find me after my training. Already boarded the train with shannon and jiayi, but realized that we boarded the train in the wrong direction -.-" Direction noobs r us. Hahaha. Reached stadium and alighted 'cause that boy was already two stops away from stadium. He would have been early had I ended training punctually at 5 :p
Had more than an hour to spare when we reached clementi before my dinner, so we walked around the clementi area. Did some window-grocery shopping @ fairprice finest LOL. Also went to the library to borrow my lindsey kelk chick lit, tried blackball, and bought laoban for my fam! ☺ Such a filial daughter I am, eh? ;)

Was on the way to get laoban, but since neither of us have tried blackball before, we decided to share one! Which I obviously had to instagram wahaha. #foodstagrammerjiali ^^ Mal heard that herbal jelly was the best, and I must agree with that. T'was.. Not bad! But bad because it's the second time he's blanja-ing me already. I'm like amassing the amount that I owe him each time we eat when we meet ):

Left mal and went up to seoul garden to find zy and emma! Kinduv glad we were placed on the reservation waiting list, so we went over for fish & co instead! There were three other current temps who joined us for dinner as well! At least I was sitting between zy and emma so I had people I was familiar with on my left and right haha.

Was so tired at the end of the day because I stood so long during the training (I figure we'd have to stand as long during our shifts too), walked around with mal after that, and finally sat down for dinz tgt with everyone. I think those who worked full day would've been even more tired.. But yeah went home via train. Pretty coincidental that one of the temps stayed at cck too! Ok this is a really long post because it's been so long since I've spent more than 12 hours outside of my hse hahaha.
