Ohaiiii here's a glam #ootd shot my dad took for me at home before you scroll to the next photo and find out what happened.. (My mum asked him to take the photo, I didn't, haha). First time bringing my new bag out to face the real world!! :D
Ok yeps so I was supposed to meet mal straight in town but he overslept (haha!!) so we decided to meet an hour later. Turns out he was there at cck waiting for me at the bus interchange, which I kinduv expected, oops. He asked too many questions about my whereabouts so it's not that I wanted to spoil my own surprise!! We ended up alighting at dhoby and went to safra mount faber instead 'cause he hadn't gotten his army stuff yet (I refer you back to how he overslept haha). Not going to talk about the matrix in town shit, too embarrassing lol.
And the most epic thing happened when we alighted the bus and walked towards safra..

Yes, that was really how bad it was. I was really hobbling towards the seat (I'm thankful for the lounge was so near the entrance haha) and as I sat there mal went to hunt for super glue for me. Haha felt damn bad 'cause all I could do was to sit there while he searched high and low haha. Thankfully he did come back with super glue (instead of army black tape LOL)! We mended the shoe and I accompanied him up to emart (silly boy only got the super glue and didn't buy his other stuff yet).
Headed back to vivo after he got his stuff and I realised.. That we only glued the back part just now and the front part was falling apart too ): Shit, so annoyed by it!! We went up to vivo's skypark and tried to fix it, but I was still damn scared that it was going to fall apart again as I walked more, so we decided to start off by hunting for a pair of shoes for me haha.
And ta-dah! This was the pair of quilted flats I got from m)phosis! Sale was on, so hooray!
T'was pretty cheap, like $10+ after the discount, and gosh, y'all should've seen the look of ecstasy on my face immediately after I changed into this pair of flats- SO MUCH MORE COMFY COMPARED TO THE WEDGES!!!! God, I don't think I'll ever dare to wear that pair of wedges out again. Not unless it requires minimal walking hahaha!
Went shopping arnd vivo and headed to clarke quay for dinner. We just went to clarke quay like less than two weeks ago or smth lol. The socially awkward jiali had to have dinner w his army friends from last time, and yeah I was pretty much silent throughout the whole meal. Damn bad, I really ought to do something about my awkwardness. Meh! I need damn a lot of time to warm up with people I've never met before ): Like some small kid right haha.

Went walking around the clarke quay area with him the and the guys (no we didn't drink) and boarded 190 home after that. Was a really long bus ride but glad he didn't book in late after that. Super tired after spending th entire day out, plus all that worry from the wedges.. Glad there was someone there who could help me fix my shoe without teasing me too much haha. Cannot imagine if it were to be another guy.. Cfm get suanned until there's no tmrw sia.
