Yummy nomz while I was doing readings for MC. There are SOOO many readings I don't even think all of them are required for the lessons.. ): To think the prof said that readings for MC are the same throughout all classes..

Went to jp with zy! Lotsa things happened earlier in the morning and I was left stranded in mountbatten ): Had to take the mrt on my own to boonlay, bleh. Was in a really bad mood and I kept sighing ever since then ): Meh. But anw yeah, we caught That Girl In Pinafore and then had lunch at poulet!
The cinema was pretty empty and the aircon wasn't very cold yet (good for me 'cause I forgot to bring my jacket), but the movie was pretty good! Not the kinduv happy ending I expected, but it made me tear at some points in time. The movie really gave off the 那些年 feel, but the latter made me cry sooooo much more (and I was watching it alone haha).
Headed to poulet, so glad we could eat 'cause our tummies were growling during the movie.. We went ahead with whatever we saw were recommended on hungrygowhere/food blogs, which was quite an embarrassing to do in the restaurant itself, hahaha. Nevertheless, the food did not fail us! Good first experience with french food in sg ☺
Poulet roti was the most highly recommended dish, so we went for the whole chicken instead of two halves haha. The gravy was really good!!! And the mushrooms too (hidden under the chicken haha). The chicken might look small but t'was really filling, so I made zy eat more of the chicken and I ended up having to eat more of the dessert:
Their tiramisu was good!! Kept choking on the top layer though hahaha.
The food selection was pretty limited though.. We tried to look for more pages in the menu but nah, it only had 2 pages (single-sided) to it.. Don't think I'll go back to poulet anytime soon 'cause I've already tried what's best there heh xD
Collected my korean goodies from zy too!! THANKS DONGSAENG FOR EVERYTHING!! :D I only asked for kimchi and I got so much more.. Chocolates, chopstick & spoon set and snsd posters!!! Awesome hahaha love my gifts. Got a ride home from his place too! Cute stitch headrest cover in his car hahaha.
Reached home and was welcomed by this sky. Super gorgeous hues of pink and orange omg.
