(4 October, Friday)

Mal and I were supposed to meet up after my class, but he suddenly texted me that he was feeling sleepy and was gnna take a nap when my class ended ): Felt kinda sian 'cause we weren't going to meet up so early anymore, and I didn't bring anything AE-related to study.. ☹ Was already at the bus stop waiting for the bus home when he texted back to tell me to watch running man in school while waiting for him, and I relented..

I was only half an hour into the episode when he told me to leave school already o.o Kinda stunned 'cause I thought he was s'posed to nap and he'd take quite some time to get to smu anw. Turned out that he didn't even nap (though he was tired) and came to find me straight omg Y U SO SWEET.

So we headed to sunshine plaza for dimsum at victor's kitchen!! Nearly got lost while trying to navigate myself and bumped into songko outside kopitiam hahaha. Mal and I've been there like, twice wanting to have their dimsum, but they were closed on both occasions ): Finally managed to try their food after hearing countless good reviews. The whole bill summed up to quite a bit, but the both of us felt really satisfied after the meal ☺

We ordered this x2 'cause they added 100% HK taste in brackets HAHAHA.

Tasted pretty good 'cause the ice was outside so the drink wasn't diluted when the ice melted ^^

The prawns were big and succulent- you should've seen the boy wolf down the whole thing in one mouthful ö

The star of the meal- golden egg yolk lava bun whoop whoop

I think I've found the best liu sha bao in sg hahaha. The salted egg yolk custard wasn't powdery/rough like the others I've tasted in 126/sweechoon/kungfu paradise- this was just smooth and flowy and it made us go unfffff (not exaggerating hahaha).

Mal left to go watch I Love You Because with his friends so I went home on my own. Ever so thankful for empty 190s that start at the ymca bus stop ^^ 

So glad I've finally made time to read. Profs are always mentioning malcolm gladwell, I decided to give it a try after a hard search from the library hahaha. A different perspective on success, not too bad a read after all (:
