JB day trip~ ❞ ♡ Sunday, August 24, 2014

(19 July, Saturday)

Because my family made an impromptu decision to go to JB!  Before the levy kicks in...

Blackball! A must-have whenever we cross the borders hahaha

Uh I don't know why the veggie is even bigger than my own face...

LOOK AT THE AMOUNT OF FOOD/SNACKS/INSTANT NOODLES O:
We managed to fill our trolley to the brim zomg

There's always been a long queue for this penang laksa and we finally decided on trying it!!

The taste was good, but it was disappointing 'cause they made use of canned sardines instead of real fish...

Uh and also the first pretzel in my life! From Auntie Anne's ^^

Guess what we had for dinner! T'was kinda late (close to 9pm) when we decided on having this :D

My fav veg of all time mwhaha

Yes frog legs!! This one is the 宫保-flavoured one

Still bubbling...

And this is the normal one! This was actually better than the spicy version...
Ok very blur because the phone's camera was fogged up by the steam

Ok and they have an open concept kitchen hahahah
This stall's main branch is actually in geylang, so it was pretty odd that we went to JB to have a taste of singapore food... Well obviously the food's still cheaper in JB (exchange rate/SOL etc) so I'll still choose to go over for such food :D But probably not anymore 'cause the levy's in place...
