Caught up with wq on friday!! It's been pretty long since we've known/last met each other and it's good to know that we still remember each others' likes and dislikes hahaha. Headed over to ronin cafe! I'm thankful to have had google maps and someone who could understand google maps' directions LOL 

Wicked mocha!

Not my order but I kinda regretted my decision of ordering just the normal mocha after having a sip of the wicked mocha... I thought the mint leaves on top was the only 'mint' part of the drink but I was totally wrong hahahaha. The mint flavour was infused and blended in really well with the coffee!

Scrambled eggs with lamb sausage

The sausage looks really black after being my ruthless photo filtering but.. Oh well 

I think I've tasted better scrambled eggs at other places hahaha

Headed to hang out at clarke quay since we both had some time to spare before our dinner appointments (or supposedly his appointment too, which ended up getting cancelled oops haha). AND guess who we met while we were walking along the river???? MAK hahahaha omg of all people I actually met the girl that I'm GOING TO MEET LATER LOL I can't believe there could've been so much of a coincidence xD

So yes I met up with my 04 girls for dinner @ afterglow!

What an attempt to eat clean... Hahaha everything's vegetarian/vegan there and I think it's our first time trying something so exotic like that. But having had loads of unhealthy food over the hols, I think it's only right for us (me) to at least try to eat clean :D

No they're not seaweed. It's dehydrated spinach and beetroot slices!!

Cool to know that they actually dehydrate their own stuff at the restaurant itself O:

This was not bad!! Kimchi nori rolls, tho there's no rice in it

A tad bit spicy for me though... 

Drag pom salad. This was surprisingly good!!! Albeit ridiculously healthy hahahaha

It took me between the time we ordered and the time we received the food to realize that the dish's name was made up for DRAGon fruits and POMegranate omg I can't even... 

This is their pizza! Very interesting 'cause the pizza base is unlike that of typical restaurants, and they only have one type of pizza so you can't really have a choice of selecting what toppings you'd like. But it was an interesting change from the usual foods that we'd eat and I would say t'was a good experience, especially since the staff there were really kind and patient in explaining to us the ingredients and advising us on which dishes we should pick. They even took the time to explain how each dish was prepared and its ingredients when the food arrived O: Not too bad a place to start on eating clean after all!
