❝ Adventure Cove x Gardens ❞ ♡ Sunday, May 17, 2015

(2 May, Saturday)

Cousins came over so we went to adventure cove together!!! Set off in high spirits and we were praying so hard that it wouldn't rain! It was raining for the past few days and we were lucky that it didn't rain when we were at the waterpark. Entered through sentosa boardwalk and admission was freeeeee mwhaha SG50 ftw ☺✌

Ok I only managed to take photos of one of the kids slides on our way to lunch hahaha

See the people floating inside???? They're snorkelling! Had my first experience even though the wait was sooooo long. When we first stepped into the water, someone from my batch said "wah, this one is cold water fish is it???" because the water was REALLY very cold. I think I queued for so long but it felt so cold I started swimming really quickly - wanting to get out of the water rather than enjoy the beauty of the fishes inside. But anw the fishes kept swimming away from me as I approached them ):

Bro came to join us around lunch time but he managed to play the most fun slides out of them all!!!! We took the more boring slides at the beginning and waited for him to join us for the slides with the longest queues (so we didn't have to queue again when he came). There were surprisingly few rides, and it was really the long queues that made it such that people had to spend an entire day in adventure cove.

I swear my legs were dying - not from all the walking we did but from all the queuing... All in all, the exciting slides were pretty fun and there were a few rides that we could repeat but there was really very little time for us to wash up afterwards. Went for dinner and even had ice cream in ikea before heading to gardens. It was pretty late when we reached, so there weren't much to watch, but I'm glad they were awed by the supertrees (which was the main attraction anw)
